Balone Cottage and the plot are delightfully situated in a popular quiet semi-rural residential area on the western edge of St Andrews, close to the heart of Fife’s golfing mecca and just minutes from the town’s cosmopolitan shopping district which includes South Street, Market Street, Bell Street and North Street.
